*Why A Puppy Class*

BlueMeadowShelties Reviews NBTR What's New A.J.'S  WOOD CRAFTS

Puppy Class should be started between 3 and five months of age.

Our dogs are raised as a pack and we are their pack leaders with lots of love and respect for each other

Trinity is from a line breeding of  Dundee and Carmylie lines.

A really good puppy class should be one of the most important part's of a puppys future. Socializing at an early age is very important for a Sheltie. Being observed by a well trained eye is equally important. Puppy classes should teach the puppy.*Learning is fun, the owner is fun, the owner is in charge, that other dogs are fun, to control his mouth, both for biting and for chewing, confidence but not to the point of being overbearing, leash manners, and to come when called. Three to five months of age is a good time to get involved in a puppy class. Start at home before this . Reading is a very good way to teach yourself how to help your Sheltie puppy to be his best, the earlier you start the better for both owner and puppy

Did you know that if your dog has good manners, he or she might be eligible for an award from the American Kennel Club?
The AKC's Canine Good Citizen® (CGC) Program was started in 1989. CGC is a certification program that is designed to reward dogs that have good manners at home and in the community. The Canine Good Citizen® Program is a two-part program that stresses responsible pet ownership for owners and basic good manners for dogs. All dogs who pass the CGC test receive a certificate from the American Kennel Club and as of January 1, 1999, they are automatically recorded in the AKC's Canine Good Citizen® Archive.
